MV Resorts World One of Resorts World Cruises made its first visit to Boracay, carrying 1620 passengers and 1151 crew on board! This is the third cruise ship that has graced the waters of the Philippines since the start and of 2024 and its appearance expected to attract more locals into patronizing the cruise industry while at the same time boost and highlight the many popular tourist destinations such as that of Boracay. "The visit of MV Resorts World One is very important not only because we are showing the many beautiful destinations like Boracay to foreign tourists and the cruise lines but it also gives our fellow Filipinos the chance to experience the wonderful voyage that they can get from said cruises," said Rachelle Bataclan Lopez, organizer of the upcoming Cruise Travel Tourism and Maritime Careers Convention 2024, during a pre-embarkation press briefing.
